These Terms & Conditions govern your use of NexusProcure Inc.'s website and procurement services. By accessing our website or submitting a procurement request, you agree to these terms.
NexusProcure Inc. acts as a procurement intermediary and wholesale distributor. We source products from verified suppliers and distribute them to our retail partners. All transactions are conducted on a business-to-business (B2B) basis.
Retail partners must register a business account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are valid for 15 days unless otherwise specified. Minimum order quantities may apply. We reserve the right to modify pricing based on market conditions, with advance notice to existing partners.
Standard payment terms are net 30 days for approved accounts. New accounts require payment in advance via wire transfer, ACH, or certified check. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.
Shipping terms are FOB (Free On Board) from our distribution hubs unless otherwise agreed. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Estimated lead times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for defective or incorrect merchandise. Restocking fees may apply. Custom and special-order items are non-returnable.
NexusProcure's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or procurement delays.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
Domestic & International Shipping Information
We ship from our distribution hubs in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, and Dallas. Standard delivery within the contiguous US typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) is available at additional cost.
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. For bulk orders exceeding $5,000, free standard shipping may apply. Contact your account manager for details.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order placement.
A tracking number will be provided via email once the order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Signature may be required for deliveries exceeding $2,500 in value.
We ship to Canada, Mexico, and select international destinations. International orders are subject to customs clearance, duties, and taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer. Lead times for international shipments range from 10-25 business days.
If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
Our Commitment to Quality & Satisfaction
We accept returns of unopened, unused merchandise within 14 calendar days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
Contact our returns department at returns@nexusprocure.com with your order number, product SKU, and reason for return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before shipping any items back.
Fair Resolution for All Parties
NexusProcure Inc. maintains a fair and transparent chargeback resolution process. We strive to resolve all billing disputes amicably before they escalate to formal chargebacks.
We understand that billing errors can occur. If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect, we encourage you to contact our billing department directly at billing@nexusprocure.com or call +1 (212) 555-1234 before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.
If a chargeback is initiated, we will provide all evidence of the transaction, including order confirmations, delivery receipts, communication records, and any refund or return documentation. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that are filed without prior attempts to resolve the issue directly with our team.

We aim to resolve all billing disputes within 5 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, we agree to mediation through a neutral third-party arbitrator before proceeding to litigation.
Compliance with US & International Regulations
NexusProcure Inc. is committed to full compliance with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the USA PATRIOT Act, and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) guidelines.
It is our policy to conduct business only with reputable customers, suppliers, and partners who are engaged in lawful business activities. We prohibit and actively prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and any activity that facilitates these crimes.
We verify the identity of all business partners through:
We monitor transactions for unusual patterns, including large or frequent payments, structuring (split payments to avoid reporting thresholds), transactions from high-risk jurisdictions, and inconsistency with known business activity.
We file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with FinCEN as required by law. We maintain all transaction and identification records for a minimum of five years as required by federal regulations.
